The dividedsphere macros provide a way to cut up a sphere into many different shaped segments each with rounded edges. The macro takes a sphere or a previously created sphere segment and slices it horizontally at an arbitrary lattitude on the sphere the reusult is a hollow shell which has the sliced edge rounded off by a torus. By rotating the sphere between performing the cuts a sphere can be sliced up in any direction.
There are positive and negative versions of the macro which when suppied with the same inputs create segments that fit together perfectly. The poitive and negative segments make up the original shape but with a rounded groove cut out of it where the divide was made.
