The tentacle macro takes a spline path and positions sphcones along it's length to create a smooth surface.
The radius of the tentacle can be controlled by the use of user defined macro so can altered any way the user wants along the length of the tentacle.
The user can also define a twist macro which will rotate the tentacle about the direction of the spline. This can be useful to rotate the texturing of the spline along it's length.
